Bay Hill Road is a short alternative to traveling on CA-1 from Bodega to Bodega Bay. This road is lined with eucalyptus trees near the base in Bodega.

While this ride is probably not any quicker to Bodega Bay it is much more scenic. This road for the most part is a single lane road that leads you up and over some of the beautiful rolling hills. From the top of this ride you can see for many miles both inland and also out to the sea.

You should be alert for always changing windy conditions in the higher elevations and you may also find tree bark and small branches across the road during windy or rainy conditions.
