This road is a pleasant ride through the rolling hills on the Sonoma and Napa County Line. It runs between Petrified Forest Road and Franz Valley Road.

There are plenty of deer just off the roadway so be careful around some of the sharper turns. The day we took the pictures for this ride we saw 5 deer including a 6 point buck.

There is nowhere to stop and eat on this short road so it would be better for you to stop in either Calistoga or Santa Rosa before the ride.
